Please, take into account that

· by artwork it is understood any piece of culture that an individual might find relevant
· all exhibitions will be accepted at the time of their submission and will be scheduled according to the date when the application took place
· artists will be notified the status of their application as soon as it reaches at exhibitions organizers
· in order to give exposure to as many artists as possible, the duration of an at exhibition will be made on a case-by-case basis
· the exact date/time of the exhibition will be arranged taking into account the desired exhibition date/time chosen by the submitter, the availability of at organizers and the existing opening times of the chosen location
· all final exhibition decisions will be discussed between at organizers and the submitter
